सेवनीशुक्रहरणीस्रोतसीफलयोर्गुदम्।।
मूत्रसेकंमूत्रवहंयोनिर्बस्तिस्तथाऽष्टमः।।३८।।
The eight marmas – deadly / important spots are essential websites to be thought-about whereas doing surgical procedure (to take away stones) and a doctor / surgeon who’s unskilled would undoubtedly kill many individuals whereas conducting surgical procedure with out the information of those eight marmas. The eight marmas are as under talked about –

  1. Sevani – urethrococygeal raphae),
  2. Sukraharini – seminal tubes,
  3. Phalasrotas – seminal orifice,
  4. Guda – rectum / anus
  5. Mütraseka – urinary orifice (contained in the bladder),
  6. Mūtravahasrotas – urethra,
  7. Yoni – vagina and
  8. Basti – urinary bladder

इतिसुश्रुतसंहितायांचिकित्सास्थानेऽश्मरीचिकित्सितंनामसप्तमोऽध्यायः।।७।।
