KKCG Maritime – an entirely owned a part of the KKCG funding and innovation group based and led by Czech businessman Karel Komárek – has launched a voluntary partial public tender supply to accumulate as much as 52,132,861 shares of Ferretti Group. The intention is to extend its stake from 14.5 per cent to 29.9 per cent of the Italian shipyard’s share capital.
Following completion of the supply, KKCG Maritime intends to train its elevated voting rights to help the election of its proposed nominees to the Board of Administrators at Ferretti Group’s subsequent Annual Basic Assembly.

KKCG Maritime has been a shareholder in Ferretti Group since its itemizing on Euronext Milan in 2023, and has launched the supply to construct its stake whereas providing different shareholders the chance to monetise partially their funding within the context of low inventory liquidity.
